THE PRODUCT: MINIA is a rear bicycle child seat for kids with a recommended age of 9 months to 6 years, with a weight of 9kg to 22 kg and a maximum height of 1.10m. The safety harness or footrest can be easily adjusted according to the child's growth, which will prolong the life of the product.
CARRIER MOUNTING SYSTEM: Easily place the seat on the bicycle in just a couple of seconds – a delightful feature for those commuters who needs usability and functionality in their daily’s travels. Easily adjusted to any rack size: The mount also allows the seat to adhere to either the front or the back of the rack. While minor, moving the child a couple of inches towards the rider can help to balance out the weight on the bike. Rack not included. This Bicycle Seat must only be mounted to bicycles with carriers that comply with the ISO 11243 standard.
HARNESS SYSTEM: The harness consists of five straps (two shoulder, two sides and one bottom) that come together in a child-safe buckle that requires two hands to push buttons to open. The incorporated leg shields on the MINIA keep little legs safely away from the rear tire.
GROW WITH YOUR CHILD: Adjustable footrests easily adjustable in 12-positions. To adjust, you simply lift the lever up and the push or pull the tray to the correct height. Adjustable 5-point harness system to accommodate growing children up to 22kg. Easily increase your harness length by choosing between the 2 available points.
EXTRA SAFETY: MINIA has the TÜV certificate which ensures that a product, service or process has been tested for safety and that it complies with the requirements of national, regional and international regulations. The chair features an integrated rear reflector for added visibility and comes with a safety strap to provide a secondary attachment point.
